Shipping Information
Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday to Friday). Orders containing backordered or made to order items will not be shipped until all items have arrived at our warehouse. Estimated timeframes for backordered items are listed on the product page, and we do our best to keep you updated on any unexpected delays.
If you require certain in-stock items to be sent before your backordered items arrive, we encourage you to place two separate orders or email us to request partial shipment of your in-stock items. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. This is based off the size and weight of the ordered products and their delivery location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will include an estimated delivery date provided by the courier. All smaller items will be sent via express Australia Post, and bulkier items will be sent with Border Express.
Please note that once your package has left our warehouse, we have no control over any delays. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us, and we will look into it on your behalf.
Elka Suspenion: please note that all Elka suspension is made to order and will be a 4-8 week wait time. You will be notified of any unexpected delays that may occur.
Backorder Items: items that are on backorder are displayed with a purple bage when browsing products, and an orange button when adding to cart. You will find underneath this button the estimated wait time for this item to arrive. Occasionally, further delays to estimated wait times sometimes occur due to supplier availabilty, manufacturing, or shipping delays, however, we do our best to provide accurate timeframes at the time of purchase. You will be notified of any changes to estimated wait times.

You can select for click and collect at checkout. Please wait to be notified via email that your order is ready for collection.
Your order can be collected Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm.

ADJUSTMENT FEATURES

THREADED SPRING PRELOAD
Lets the rider fine-tune the initial force applied on the springs and precisely balance the weight distribution across the front and rear wheels while setting up the ride height (ground or chassis clearance) and to lower or raise the vehicle to adapt to various situations or to suit your personal preference.
To use, turn the preload adjustment ring clockwise (from top of the shock) to increase preload and raise the vehicle or turn counter-clockwise to reduce preload and lower the vehicle. -
REBOUND DAMPING
Controls the speed at which the shock absorber returns to its fully extended position after being compressed from an impact, keeping the wheels on the ground for maximum traction and reducing the bucking effect caused by the spring pressure pushing back after an impact.
To use, turn the adjuster clockwise to slow down the rebound or turn counter-clockwise to speed up the rebound. -
LOW-SPEED COMPRESSION
Allows fine-tuning of the damping resistance when the shock is being compressed slowly. This adjustment controls body roll when cornering, rear-end squatting under hard acceleration, front-end diving when braking, riding over whoops at moderate speed, undulations and elevation changes in the terrain.
To use, turn the red knob clockwise to increase damping resistance, therefore making the suspension stiffer or turn counter-clockwise to reduce damping resistance, therefore making the suspension softer. -
OPTIONAL SHOCK PROTECTORS
Protect your investment with those lightweight composite shock protectors which helps prevent roost and debris from damaging the shaft, therefore extending the life and service intervals. Available as a add-on option for the front shocks, either sold separately or comes free with the rebound upgrade on the front shocks.
Not offered for mini-quads. Kit includes the anodized CNC-machined spring retaining clip and necessary mounting hardware. Will fit Elka shocks only.
