Refund policy
Please choose your products carefully, as we do not refund orders that have been processed and or despatched unless they are compromised in some way or unless otherwise stated. Returns are only available for despatched orders that contain supplied goods that are wholly or partly defective in appearance, incorrectly packaged or sent in error by fault of Hardiman Performance Imports, or the goods fail to operate in accordance to their specification or duration period.
Should the need arise to return a product or products please advise us by phone 02 4353 3622 or fill out a contact form on the website within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order. Hardiman Performance Imports will resupply your order promptly or any part thereof freight free in instances upon receipt of the returned goods which are in error by fault of Hardiman Performance Imports or obviously defective from manufacturer.
For orders where the customer has changed their mind, purchased the incorrect product or wrong colour Hardiman Performance Imports is not required to refund or accept a return on this item, however after contacting Hardiman Performance Imports for authorisation for return you may be charged a restocking fee in order to accept this return and provide the customer with their chosen alternative.
Warranty returns which are in question of being faulty in appearance or performance by the customer are subject to our initial inspection and will be forwarded on to our supplier for a full warranty claim. If an immediate substitute part is required, the replacement item plus freight costs will be need to be purchased by the customer again until the warranty claim can be fully processed by our supplier. Note all products that come with a Warranty card must be filled out and sent to the manufacture to ensure that the warranty is registered to ensure that you receive the offered warranty period.
In the event of a warranty claim credit or refund we will contact the customer directly either via phone or email for details of reimbursement preferably using secure online bank to bank transfer method.
To assist us with any returns please provide us with the following details: your full name and address, product details, invoice number, date of purchase, and the reason for return. Upon receipt of this information, we will contact you with the preferred method of goods return if the item cannot be returned by post.
Hardiman Performance Imports reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an order that it has previously accepted. May do this for example, but without limitation, where
- Hardiman Performance Imports suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;
- An event beyond Hardiman Performance Imports control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Hardiman Performance Imports is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
- Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the order being accepted.
